Nowadays, there is a demand for barrierfree facilities in every area of construction. And that naturally applies to showers also. When showers are installed without a shower tray on the floor itself, it is essential that the hinges satisfy the specific requirements of barrier-free building.

The BH 410 shower system has an integral rising/ lowering mechanism. As it is being opened, the shower door is raised by up to 5 mm and then lowers automatically during closing. The door can be opened outwards as required, and when

it is closed, the lower seals press against the floor, preventingwater from escaping. In addition, all shower types are fitted with continuous seals in the hinge area.

The elegant convex surface of the fittings ensures a highlevel of recognisability, whilecounterplates on the inside provide a secure hold.
